Always feeling a bit more urban than her farm town, Indiana roots, university life opened its doors aplenty. Berlin, Germany soon followed, where an intensive post-graduate year of study got her into all sorts of fun mischief. Managing to pull off her final project just hours before her flight back home (never did find out what her final grade was), she arrived bright-eyed and gullible in Chicago to work for a funky design firm immersing herself into the specialty of environmental graphic design, a fancy term for 3D design utilizing anything but paper. This lead to marvelous moves to Denver, a six-year worldly experience in Miami and finally back to Denver again to settle (now with two little girls in tow) for good or so it seems.
This is where the story takes a small but intriguing turn. In need of a true metal artisan while working on the resort project, Devil's Thumb Ranch, she met, worked with and befriended Amy Sasick. Life has never been the same. She is now Raw Urth's marketing guru and graphic designer while dabbling with the modern styles of our new product designs all the while loving being Mom to her two little girls and hangin’ out with husband, Vic. Life is great!
